Going to Mena ihram for hajj :leaving to mina 7 zulhija evening ( 13 NOV 2010)
where you will spend one night in a tent. Before LEVING TO ARRAFAT IN 9 ZUL HIJA
Consider the following:
Accomodation in mina (air condition tent)
Brekfast lunch diner 6 days in mina and arafat will be served
Over night in mina till early morning 9 zulhija arafat day
- Prepare your important belongings and necessities for you to take to Mena and Arafat.
- Travel light and have only your important items that you will use during your stay in Mena & Arafat (medicine, valuables and other necessities –One small carry-on is recommended)

- Leave the rest of your luggage in your room.

Departure to Arafat. ARAFAT DAY
9 zulhija(15 NOV 10)
Arafat day is the most essential function of Hajj rituals. Every minute of your stay in Arafat is to be spent only for Tasbeeh and Zikr. Shortly before noon, stand under the open sky asking Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’Ala for Forgiveness, Mercy and Blessing for yourself, your parents, your entire families and fellow Muslims. ASK ALLAH SUBHANAHU WA TA’ALA FOR THE ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR HAJJ.
Breakfast and lunch will be served. In addition, snacks, fruit and refreshments will be available all day
After sunset, buses will depart for Muzdalifa.
Upon arrival in Muzdalifa offer Salat-ul-Magrib and Isha in the Valley of Muzdalifa (If you preferred, you can collect pebbles for Ramii)
First buses will leave to Mena at 2:00 AM (A Fatwa recommends that women, sick and elderly people could leave early in the morning). For those who wish to stay longer in Muzdalifa, second buses will be leaving to Mena after Fajjr prayer bus delayed is normal

Please note there are no tents and very limited facilities in Muzdalifa.

The Responsibility of Safa Travel,1400 Rue Sauve O.#245, acts as agents and protector for the passengers' rights in making arrangements for the airlines, hotels, buses, or any service in connection with the tour and assumes no liability whatsoever for injury, damage, loss, luggage, accidents, delay irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason or defect, though the acts of GOD, dangerous incidents in the air, sea, land, fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities de jure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, or from any loss or damage resulting from improper passports, visas, or other documents. Safa Travel will accept no responsibilities for loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other causes. Safa Travel shall not be liable or responsible for any inconvenience, loss, damage or injury arising in connection with such service. Safa Travel shall not be responsible for the failure to follow instructions, including but not limited to check-in and delay, loss of luggage or personal belongings (Medicine). It is the responsibility of the airline to determine exactly what procedure will be followed. The policy chosen by that carrier shall be based on their procedure and shall not be the responsibility of Safa Travel and its affiliates. They will also not be responsible for any person(s) missing and part of the program due to his negligence or delay or absenteeism for any time during the tour and will not be responsible for any additional expenses for the participant to rejoin the tour. Moreover, no charges or upgrades in the program chosen will be the honored after departure as well as no refund will be given for any services rendered not utilized.
RESERVATION / DEPOSITS: A Non refundable deposit of $2000.00 is required for reservation. Full payment is required 120 days prior to departure.
CANCELLATION: All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation received 120 days or more prior to departure date are subject to a $1500 per person administrative charge and those received less than 120 days prior departure are 100 % Non refundable. In addition to above addition penalties and/or charges imposed by hotel/airline/bus companies together with services or hotel space may be imposed Minumum 600.
