Required Documents

1. Completed Visa Application Form

   • Must be filled out and signed by the applicant.

2. Personal photo

   • One recent personal photo of the applicant with a white background.

3. Visa Slip

   • A copy of the Visa Slip issued from Saudi Arabia.

4. Sponsor Documents (from Saudi Arabia)

   • A copy of the sponsor’s IQAMA (residency permit).

   • A copy of the Absher web page of the person inviting the applicant.

5. Proof of Relationship

   • Acceptable documents include birth certificate, marriage certificate, etc.

   • Must be stamped by the relevant authority.

   • If issued outside Canada: must also be notarized and stamped by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

6. Proof of Residency in Canada (for non-Canadian citizens only):

   • A copy of a valid PR Card (must be valid for at least 6 months), Work Permit, or Study Permit.

7. Passport Copy

   • A clear copy of the applicant’s passport.

8. Notification paper

   • Signed by the applicant.

   • Signature will be verified against the passport signature.

     • A clear copy of the applicant’s passport
